What is your return policy?

As a small (but growing!) business we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, if for some reason a product we send to you is damaged please let us know and we will send a replacement with a posted envelope to return the damaged item. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery of the damaged item(s).

Exchanges

What if my item(s) arrived damaged or defective?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@leybags.com. Leybags.com may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if there is damage or defect to your item(s). Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 7 days of package arrival. No claims can be made after 7 days. Email info@leybags.com for a return authorization on damaged items. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays. We will email you the physical address once the return is authorize.

Leybags.com only offers exchange for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse or wrongly ordered sizes.

Shipping

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
